What are the adjustment skills of the box machine?

 The box pasting machine adopts the paper feeding mode of sponge belt, combined with the elastic adjustable paper knife and the vibrating motor, so that the paper embryo can be separated smoothly and accurately. Adjustment skills of paste box machine:

1. Determine the orientation of the board in the input section. Place the cardboard life (i.e. the top of the fold line) on the operating side of the machine and align the third fold line of the cardboard with the center line of the machine (the zero mark on the ruler on the square rail of the paper feed section), allowing the left and right positions of the cardboard to be fixed.

2. Adjust the clamping position of the automatic box pasting machine. The horizontal direction of the flat paper support rod corresponds to the main and secondary paper feeders. The standard for front and back adjustment is to set the diagonal view of the large cardboard to 10-20, and the diagonal view of the small cardboard to 15-40. Small-size cardboard is thin and easily deformed, so it is difficult to bend and harden from a smaller diagonal perspective. So, to make it look better, you need to move the paper support bar forward to increase the tilt Angle of the cardboard.

3. Adjust the 3D positions of the main and auxiliary paper supply knives. The left and right positions of the main supply knife and the auxiliary supply knife are located in the center of the front edge of the cardboard that is not easy to deform. The front and rear positions of the main and auxiliary paper feeders are aligned with the front edge of the board. The gap between the knife edge and the feed belt is 13 times the thickness of the cardboard, so there is no need to adjust the vertical position of the pair of feed knives.

4. According to the left and right positions of the main paper knife and auxiliary paper knife, adjust the left and right positions of the paper tape of the hook bottom pasting box machine so that the center lines of the two paper tapes are aligned. The adjustment method of paper tape: (1) loosen the fastening screw and adjust the tightening nut (2) Adjust the worm head with a flat head wrench. The paper tape tension adjustment standard: Press the paper tape vertically with a force of 25N, and take the step length of 5mm.

5. For large specification corrugated board of 0.5mm and small specification corrugated board, adjust the direction of the left and right corrugated board according to the corrugated board, so that the dimensional gap between the corrugated board and the corrugated board is 1mm.
