Do you know how to clean a carton machine?

 1. Turn off the device and disconnect the power supply: Before cleaning the box paste machine, ensure that the device has been turned off and disconnected from the power supply to avoid any electric shocks and other problems.


2. Clean up the residual paste: Use detergent or suitable solvent to clean up the paste residue on the paste box machine. You can use a soft cloth or brush to gently wipe or scrape the paste paste. Be careful not to use too hard or sharp tools, so as not to scratch the surface of the machine.

3. Disassemble movable parts: according to the equipment structure of the box pasting machine, disassemble parts that can be moved, such as paste box, roller, nozzle, etc. These accessories can usually be cleaned away from the device.

4. Clean removable parts: Soak the removed parts in a solution of warm water and appropriate cleaning agent, and then gently scrub with a brush or soft cloth. Make sure to clean every part of the accessory. Be careful not to immerse electronic and electrical parts in water to avoid damage.

5. Clean fixed parts: Use a damp cloth or cleaning brush to wipe the fixed parts of the box pasting machine, such as the body and operation panel. Be careful not to pour water or detergent directly on the device, but wipe it with a damp cloth.

6. Rinse and dry: Rinse the cleaned parts with water to ensure that all cleaning agents and dirt are gone. Then use a clean cloth or paper towel to dry the surface of the accessories and equipment.

7. Reset and reassembly: After ensuring that all parts and equipment surfaces are dry, reassemble and reset the box paste machine according to the instructions in the manual.
